This Privacy Policy explains how REPS ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the REPS website and mobile application (the "Platform"). REPS is presently operated by its founding team on a pre-registration basis, pending formal incorporation of a legal entity in India; this Policy will be updated with the registered legal entity's details upon completion of incorporation.
By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
We collect the following categories of information:
We use the information collected to:
As part of onboarding, we collect a self-certified confirmation of medical fitness and acceptance of safety guidelines. This information may constitute sensitive personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). We collect this information solely to confirm your eligibility to safely use partner gym facilities, and it is used only for that purpose. We do not use this information for any medical, diagnostic, or advisory purpose, and REPS does not provide medical advice of any kind.
REPS permits account creation by individuals who are fourteen (14) years of age or older. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, processing personal data of individuals under eighteen (18) requires parental or guardian consent. Currently, our platform relies on user self-declaration for age and parental consent. By creating an account, users aged 14-17 represent that they have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. If we are notified or discover that a user under 18 has registered without such consent, we will promptly delete or anonymize their personal data.
Furthermore, our booking system currently allows users to specify the number of guests without collecting the guests' ages or verifying relationships. However, Account Holders are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority to provide guest data to us. Parents or guardians who wish to review or request deletion of their child's data should contact us immediately.
We share information only as follows:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The Platform may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand general usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser or device settings; disabling cookies may affect certain Platform features.
